Construction progresses through the Nicaraguan 'winter' on Jicaro Island. As the massive volcanic stone walls take shape so do the internal spaces of the hotel. Surveying of the pool is nearly complete and construction will soon follow; the pool features some of the larger volcanic boulders found on the island.
